Exile Productions, LLC. was founded in the Fall of 2006. We produce documentaries, corporate videos, ads and short films for a variety of clients.

Currently in Vienna Austria, Exile Productions has partnered with Frank Helmrich Photographie. With prime space in the heart of Vienna, the 230 square meter studio (2,475 sq. feet) includes offices, client area, post production facilities and two full studio spaces.

 

Ethan Vincent - owner/producer/director

Ethan Vincent has been active in theatre and film since his youth, growing up in Germany and Austria. He studied 2 years at Universität Wien in Austria, then moved to the States to complete his bachelors in Theatre and Media Arts at BYU in 2002. His recognition as an editor and storyteller began with his work on the documentary ‘Truth and Conviction,’ the story of one of the youngest German Resistance Groups in Hamburg, Germany.

In November 2003, Ethan was hired as an Associate Editor and After Effects artist for Sony's first animated feature ‘Open Season.’ The following year, Ethan worked as the main film editor for two feature films, ‘Believe’ and ‘Everything You Want’ for ABC Family.

Ethan now works as a freelance director/producer. He has completed several shorts and five documentaries. For the ‘The Romney Code: The Life and Ethics of George W. Romney,’ which aired on PBS affiliate stations in October, 2008, he earned a Regional Emmy. His recent documentary, "The Soul of Kalaupapa: voices of exile" tells the story of the last remaining leprosy patients in Hawai'i.

Currently, Ethan is shooting and directing a series of documentaries and commercials/web ads.
